Services
We provide informational fee calculations, audits, written scenario reports, and calculator walkthrough sessions related to altcoin swap fees. We do not execute trades, custody digital assets, provide investment advice, or guarantee future fee levels. Pricing on the site is informational only; confirmed quotes are agreed before work starts.
Intellectual property
Site content, fee sheet templates, and original written materials remain the property of AI Cognitive Hub Digital unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. You may keep deliverables produced for your engagement for internal use. You may not resell our templates or republish site content without permission.
Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate pair, size, and venue information. You remain solely responsible for wallet security, trade execution, and compliance with laws that apply to you. Calculator outputs reflect assumptions at the time of calculation and can become outdated as gas and spreads change.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Hong Kong law, AI Cognitive Hub Digital is not liable for trading losses, missed market moves, or indirect damages arising from use of our calculations or website. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or our services, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
