This policy covers paid fee audits, scenario fee reports, and calculator walkthrough sessions offered by AI Cognitive Hub Digital. It does not cover third-party Microsoft Store software purchases, which follow Microsoft’s own terms.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees paid directly to us for calculation services. Informational prices on the website are not charges until we issue a confirmed quote and you pay.
Timeframe
- Full refund: Cancel a live session or walkthrough at least 48 hours before the scheduled start, or cancel a written report before we confirm that drafting has started.
- Partial refund (50%): Cancel a live session between 48 and 12 hours before start, provided work has not already begun on prep sheets for your pairs.
- No refund: Cancellations inside 12 hours, no-shows, or reports already delivered.
Work already started
If we have already run calculator drafts for your pairs after you confirmed scope, fees for time spent may be deducted from any refund. Delivered scenario reports are non-refundable once emailed, except where the file is corrupted and we cannot re-send a readable copy.
Deposits
Deposits for sessions booked more than five days ahead are refundable under the same timing rules as the session fee. Deposits convert to payment toward the engagement if the session proceeds.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice. Further reschedules may be refused during congested weeks or accepted with a HK$150 admin fee.
No-shows
If you miss a live session without notice, the session fee is forfeited. A new booking requires a new payment.
Materials
Field checklists and fee sheets produced for you remain yours. We do not refund for dissatisfaction with market outcomes after a calculation; fees pay for the calculation work, not for trade results.
Process and timing
Email info@aicognitivehub.digital with your booking reference and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10–14 Hong Kong business days.
